- 3 cups Rice ( soaked in water for 2-3 hours)
- 4 large fully ripe Banana
- salt to taste
- Sugar ( optional)
- Grind the soaked Rice and Banana into smooth Batter.
- Add salt to taste and sugar if you like.( I didnt add).
- Leave it for 30 min to 1 hour.
- Heat a non stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter and thinly spread.Cover the lid and cook until it turns light brown. Cook both the sides.
- Serve with Chutney powder and Ghee or Yogourt.
